We refer to our process as “matching", because both parties need to get to know one another over a period of time in order to decide if there’s an epic match.” The Morning Dew business model is an epic and exciting opportunity, but it’s not right for everyone, nor is everyone right for it. Our 6 - step matching process is key for a successful, long term partnership.
Morning Dew Massage & Wellness was founded by massage therapist, S.J. Greer in 2014. With his experience in clinical and spa services, sprang the idea that people should have access to a nationally known brand that offers professional massage therapy and all natural skincare services that will provide a better, healthier quality of life in an upscale environment that was a hybrid between clinical and spa, without the enormous price tag. The membership and service model that was crafted, proved to be EPIC™ and quickly allowed S.J., as well as future business owners, the opportunity to forecast sales and expenses while providing customers with affordable pricing and therefore access to more frequent, higher quality massage and all natural skincare services, benefiting them physically and monetarily. Franchising of the concept began in 2018, offering signature massages, all natural facial services and premium products, along with a membership program.

Interview With Development Manager
After your interview is scheduled, you'll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and sign a receipt. In the interview, the manager will review your request form, professional experience, business goals, and eligibility to purchase a franchise.
Research & Insight
As any purchase you make should be well researched, it is critical to make sure that you have a thorough understanding of the franchise opportunity. We suggest you obtain legal advice from an attorney specialized in franchise law to help ensure that you are fully aware of what your obligations will be as a franchisee. We also encourage you to speak to current franchisees to gain valuable insight into their experiences.
Submit Your Personal Financial Statement
Morning Dew Massage & Wellness uses demographics and psychographics for strategic site selection, assisting in determining the ideal trade area for opening a location. Direct communication with the real estate team is offered to review the market of interest.
Recommendation for a Franchise License
If recommended to move forward, you may be eligible to sign the Letter of Intent and provide your Initial Application Fee (IAF) payment after the required FDD waiting period.
Your full franchise application, including your Personal Financial Statement, will be submitted to MDM Franchising, LLC.

If accepted, you will receive a congratulatory letter acknowledging your preliminary recommendation to join The Morning Dew Massage® network.
Developing Your The Morning Dew Massage® Location
Franchise ownership and management can be an exhilarating journey for first-time entrepreneurs. Morning Dew Massage® offers support every step of the way.
Once a proposed site is accepted, our dedicated teams will be in lockstep toward opening day. From lease negotiations to marketing initiatives, we’ll be by your side assisting you in submitting the necessary forms and filings with state agencies while our development coordinators will oversee the design and construction of your center.
