Probably the most important thing that you can do when seeking a location for your business is to locate and use the services of a good and qualified Commercial Property Realtor. He/she will help you to find a location, advise you, provide you with valuable information (local traffic counts and demographics) and help you to negotiate your lease. You will complete 3 levels of training, a pre-training text, the Initial Training text, and Morning Dew university on the job training. You must complete the Pre-Training Program prior to coming to the Initial Training Program
